Preamble
We, the Builders of Big Yeti, in order to form a more perfect home, establish weather-resistant mastery, and secure the legacy of family craftsmanship, do hereby ordain this constitution for the mountain we build upon: Upstate New York.

Article I: The Yeti Standard (Strength)

Section 1: We do not build for the season; we build for the decades. Every deck must withstand the harshest New York winter and the brightest summer sun.
Section 2: We use premium materials (like Envision composites) because the Yeti does not retreat from the weather, and neither shall our lumber.

The Legacy Clause (Family)

Section 1: We are a father-and-son founding team. Therefore, every kitchen, basement, and bathroom shall be built as if our own mother were cooking in it or our own father were relaxing in it.
Section 2: We are not just building structures; we are building the backdrops for your family’s memories.

The Clean Paws Mandate (Integrity)

Section 1: The Big Yeti is strong, but he is not a slob. A “clean job site” is not a request; it is a constitutional right of the homeowner.
Section 2: We will communicate transparently, as accredited by the BBB. There will be no footprints left behind—only excellence.
